I embarked on my chocolate journey in 2008, honing my craft at some of Australia's top high-end chocolate establishments. Each of my chocolates is individually handcrafted using premium couverture chocolate and exquisite locally sourced natural ingredients.​

Simply because when people say chocolate, I can always see a smile on their faces. Good chocolate has the power to bring joy. You can't buy happiness, but you can buy chocolate and I believe my creations will bring you just that.
